Payment Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in participating in the ASK Hawaii 198 nations global intercessory prayer summit at YWAM UofN Campus, Kona, Hawaii, from July 5th to July 9th, 2024. Please review the following Payment terms and conditions regarding ASK registration and payments: For all other summit details, please refer to the ASK website Askofhim.com and ASK Hawaii summit program.

  -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ASK Hawaii Registration on Fees Registration fees for the summit are as follows:

• ASK Hawaii Standard full package price. = $550.00 (USD) per person. Includes 3 day ASK summit, all Meals and accommoda on.

• ASK Hawaii Volunteers package price. = $400.00 (USD). Note: All Volunteers must have been “preapproved” by the ASK Hawaii Director of operations in an email and held on the ASK Volunteers list for verification at the ASK Hawaii registration desk.  

• ASK Hawaii online only one-off price = $50.00 (USD) per person. Includes 3 day ASK summit via Zoom livestream par cipa on during all main Cluster Nation Group intercessory prayer sessions, panel discussions and workshops.

  --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  Payment Schedule: ASK Hawaii summit payment must be made in full within one week of receiving your emailed invoice. Please contact ASK at info@maoriinitatives.org No admitance to the summit will be given without confirmation of payment for security reasons. Due to the limited number of 95 total Beds for the ASK summit at YWAM Kona Campus. Beds are on a first come first pay basis. Please check on the web for other accommodation options in Kona Hawaii as needed.

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept payment via “Wise app” or international bank transfer. Please download the Wise app. to your mobile phone and setup your profile + banking details. Please allow time for your account to be verified by Wise as part of their standard setup "onboarding" process thankyou. ASK of Him acknowledges that Wise may not work in some countries. Please make payments using international bank transfer at your local bank outlet.   

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

All ASK registrations are non-refundable but are transferable.

Accommodation: ASK accommodation options are made available to ASK Hawaii 2024 summit attendees by YWAM Kona Hawaii at a discounted rate which is reflected in the standard full package summit fee.

Currency and Exchange Rates: All fees are listed in US dollars (USD). Attendees paying in foreign currencies may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations and additional bank fees by your bank. Invoice Issuance: Invoices will be issued to all registrants via your email as provided at registration.

Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration and payment. Please retain this confirmation for your records and present receipt at the ASK registration desk on day of arrival at YWAM Kona Hawaii Campus.

Liability: The organizers of the ASK Hawaii summit are not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements, accommodations, and personal expenses. No child day-care will be provided during the ASK Hawaii Summit. It is the parent’s responsibility to make arrangements as needed.

Changes to Terms: The organizers reserve the right to modify these payment terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered attendees via email and will be effective immediately upon posting on the ASK summit website.
